Dr. Rick Seim has been in practice since 1975. He has a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and also holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. He is a former clinic director of the Parker College of Chiropractic, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, a certified Chiropractic Industrial Consultant, and a BACKSAFE® Injury Prevention Consultant.

Dr. Linda Seim has been in practice since 1974. She holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists, the American Board of Disability Analysts, and the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Rick and Dr. Linda have practiced together for 35 years and have four children.

Dr. Jeremy Brown graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2009 with a double degree, a B.S. in Health and Wellness and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He also holds a B.A. from Texas Christian University. Dr. Jeremy also studied sports chiropractic and acupuncture. He is married to the Seim's daughter, Laura, and is the father of their first grandchild.

Dr. Jessica Allen earned her Biology B.A. degree from Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota and obtained her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2010. She was a massage therapist prior to entering the chiropractic field, earning her certification from Sister Rosalind Gefre’s school of Massage in Mankato, Minnesota in 2005. She and her husband Dylan have two children and enjoy traveling to spend time with their families in North Carolina and Minnesota.
